Adam & Jason formed Vantage Logistics because of their frustration with the lack of market knowledge and commitment to accountability within the industry by other 3PL firms. Adam & Jason both setup offices inside their homes with only a phone and computer, began calling potential clients with hopes to promote and sell Vantage Logistics’ services, while building their business from the ground up.

At times, the newly formed partners would meet, alternating between houses, and work together for their common goals, customer acquisitions and industry leading customer service practices. The partners both have a strong work ethic within the 3PL industry where they could see the benefit to potential customers across the nation of what they have to offer. With accountability and customer service at the forefront of their message, the partners continued to call potential clients daily, offering their logistics experience, as well as their truckload service reliability. In a short period of time, the strong, diligent work ethic of the partners allowed them to hire their first 2 employees 9 months after forming the company.
